Join us at this gentle guided meditation group. There a 7 - 10 minute walk into the woods to start twith then we then have 2 guided meditations and some mindfulness activities engaging with the woods. It's a beautiful way to start your weekend. People from all walks of life are welcome with or without experience. Come with an open mind leave with an open heart. You're welcome to walk in the woods before or after the event.
