In today’s fast-paced world, professionals often juggle multiple responsibilities while striving to perform at their best. At Auckland Young Professionals, we’ve noticed a common theme in our community: we push ourselves hard, chasing growth, excellence, and impact, but sometimes forget to pause.
“Morning Unwind” is a gentle reminder that taking a moment to check in with yourself is not only okay, it’s essential. Together with Project Sunrise and AYP, we’re creating a space to do just that.

Route includes the Wintergardens for a moment of scenic calm

Slow, gentle yoga to support grounding and physical release
Emphasis on breath, presence, and deep rest
No prior yoga experience needed — accessible to all levels
Ends with a calming guided meditation
