About the facilitator:
After decades of working in academia, Anne (she/her) moved into body work once she realized how the tripod of mind, body and breath hold the key to mental and physical health. She began training in meditation, Tai Chi, Qigong and yoga. Since then, she hasn't looked back, and she is eager to share all that she's learned with her clients!
Anne has experience with Tai Chi, Qigong, Chair Qigong, Yoga for Seniors, and Chair Yoga, Meditation Teacher with experience in Leading Group Meditation, Yoga 250 hour training, Training in Functional Movement, Training in 200 hour Level 1 Kundalini Yoga
