Wake up, breathe, move, sweat, stretch & SUP.Join us for a morning SUP paddle and stretch trip to celebrate Summer. We will set out on our journey at the Sellwood Riverfront Park and head north up the Willamette River towards Ross Island. On the way, there is plenty of beautiful scenery, architecture and nature to enjoy. At the halfway point, we will tuck back into a cove where bald eagles nest and do some stretching on the boards, then make the loop back to where we launched at Sellwood Riverfront Park.
This is a really fun way to start your day and see the natural beauty of the Willamette River. You don’t have to have any SUP experience. We will teach you the basics of paddling at the start.
