During the session, sound healing practitioner Amy Duncan will guide you through an immersive soundscape featuring crystal singing bowls, chimes, an ocean drum, and more—helping quiet the mind and support deep rest.
No experience is needed—just bring yourself and whatever helps you feel comfortable.
What to bring:
✔️ Yoga mat, blanket, or something to lie on
✔️ Pillow and/or extra blankets
✔️ Water and an extra layer if it gets cool

Amy Duncan, CNC, HHC, is a Reiki Master, Certified Nutritional Consultant, Certified Holistic Health Coach, and Sound Healing Practitioner with over a decade of experience. She is the founder of The Native Path, offering holistic healing and sound experiences throughout Asheville and beyond.
