Anxiety puts us in a high arousal state, sound healing is said to counteract this and put us into the relaxation response. In this state of ‘rest and digest’, sound baths also have the potential to reduce inflammation in the body and boost your body’s healing response.
In small groups, Well & Truly sound baths are held in the luxuriously carpeted and very cosy Meditation room, inviting you to fully relax. A grounding cup of herb tea or water will be served to prepare you for your onward journey.
