Many of us are so caught up in the world of technology and work that we forget we too are a part of nature. Our 6.30am Morning Rise Yoga routine is a reminder of our more natural state, being aware of the rhythms of the natural world and practising as the sun rises, we tap into our own natural rhythms too.
Traditionally yoga practice is advised to be done first thing in the morning. It wakes you up, gives you energy and puts you in a bright and motivated mindset for the day to come.
