No mat, no equipment, no prior experience needed. Just show up as you are.
Together we'll use breathwork, gentle movement, and ancient Chinese practices to wake up the body and clear the mind, leaving you focused and ready for whatever the day brings. What we'll explore:

- Lymphatic tapping
- Qi Gong movement
- Grounding meditation
Hosted by Ling Shi, burnout and women's health coach and holistic wellbeing practitioner based in Berlin. Ling blends nervous system science with Eastern healing wisdom to make wellbeing practical and accessible for real working life.
