
About this Event
In this 50-minute Pilates class, we’ll move through a series of exercises that warm up the body while building strength, flexibility, and body awareness. With a focus on posture correction, core control, and breath - this class is designed to leave you feeling centered and ready for the day ahead. At the end, we’ll also leave a few minutes to unwind and connect with one another. You can expect a supportive, encouraging environment where all levels are welcome!
