Kirsten Deion is a dynamic entrepreneur, nonprofit leader, and storyteller based in Dallas, Texas. As the founder and Executive Director of 4TheGirls Social, Kirsten empowers Black women and single mothers by providing access to educational tools, resources, and scholarships that support career, financial, and personal development. She holds a master’s degree in Business Management from SMU and a bachelor’s degree in Communication Technology from UNT Dallas. A published authoress, Kirsten’s journal Booked & Busy is available for purchase in person or on Amazon. Her inspiring journey and impactful work have been featured in prominent publications such as The Dallas Morning News, Dallas College, and Canvas Rebel.
