About this Event
Join us for Morning Miles for Mental Wellness. This run is hosted by Eastern Harmony Mental Health and Inland Chinese American Alliance, both non-profit organizations dedicated to combating depression through outreach, education, and support. If you or someone close to you has experienced the impact of mental health, we invite you to lace up your sneakers and stand with us in this movement.
10k Run👟: Embark on a 10k journey through the scenic paths of Central Park and along the Pacific Electric Trail.
5k Run👟: Tackle a 5k route around Central Park and Pacific Electric suitable for everyone!
1 Mile Family/Dog Run🐶: Run with your kids or bring your furry friend and get some exercise together! All dogs get a medal too!
🏅All participants will receive a medal as commemoration, including any furry friends that cross the finish line!
