🧘 What We’ll Do:
We’ll tune in to a meditaiton workshop hosted by Sangha.Live. This month’s theme —
Together we’ll share the 3-hour live session, with the theme of exploring spaciousness, including guided meditation, teachings, and contemplative periods, led by Martin Aylward, meditaiton teacher, and founder of the platform Sangha.live (if you live in or near Creston attending in person is a nice way to meditate in community - but if needed, you can find and register for this live session through that platform sangha.live day of practice - follow links to Days of Practice or 'join live').
