About this Event
Join me in spending an hour of your time on a Saturday morning to be refreshed through immersing yourself in the peace and calmness of guided meditation.
After a week of busy city life, work and home, it comes a time to slow down and seek balance in our life. Meditation helps to bring that balance and awareness back into our life, and moderate our everyday stresses in life that we face.
This is a simple non-religious based meditation that is suitable for both experienced practitioner and beginners. The session begins with breathing meditation and end the session with some interaction.
*Due to current COVID-19 restrictions in place, this event is restricted in number of participants. So only those who registered by providing the information for future contact tracing will be admitted to this event.
*Please refrain from ordering for your friends. If they are interested, please ask your friends or family members to register and provide the relevant information. I seek your co-operation and understanding. Thank you.

Is that any equipment or things I require?
Not really, except for maybe a cushion to sit comfortably or a mat. Do dress comfortably.

Where to go or meet up on the actual day?
An email will be sent to all those who registered successfully on Friday by 3pm with the details of the meeting area . Do look out for the email in your inbox or junk mailbox. If you did not recieve any emails by Friday, 3pm, do message me at +65 8748 8220.
Is this session free?
No, we will be charging a token fee of S$5 for each session.
