Morning Meditation in Community by the Ocean (PB/San Diego, donation-based)

Join us in this beautiful weekly event. More than just meditation (:

I am offering a space for connection, healing and vulnerability. ⁠

You will be receiving a guided meditation, breath work, sound healing and a short essential oil head massage (if number of participants allows)!⁠

⁠

This event is DONATION-BASED (venmo or cash, $10-20 suggested). ⁠

Here is the structure (with room for flexibility):

- Short check-in/sharing

- Breath work exercise

- Guided Meditation (themes will vary: confidence, gratitude, compassion, forgiveness, relaxation, balance,..)

- Short essential oil head massage (if number of participants allows)

- Sharing circles that encourage vulnerability in a safe space

? Bring Yoga mat, water, sun protection, blanket, layers and whatever else you need to be comfortable.⁠

This weekly event is an opportunity for you to take care of yourself emotionally, mentally, spiritually, and physically. A great way to practice #selfcare.
