Morning Meditation & Breathwork Weekly Classes 🧘🏼♀️🌅Begin the new year with a fresh start by soothing your nervous system through breathwork and allowing your mind to experience deep rest with Yoga Nidra meditation 🪷
Each morning class is an invitation to reduce stress, nourish your wellbeing, and reconnect with a sense of inner calm 🕯️
Weekly sessions begin with 10 minutes of guided breathwork, followed by 45 minutes of guided Yoga Nidra meditation, with time at the end for discussion and connection.
