
About this Event
We meet Mondays and Fridays for a 30 minute meditation journey. The first part is guided and on the second you will apply the techniques yourself, sitting or laying down. You're welcome to continue for longer if you'd like, as the room will be available until 09:00am. The official session ends with a signaling sound and we leave the room gently in case anyone would like to continue their practice.
For the sessions you' re invited to choose comfortable wear and to bring any extra cushion or item that may add personal support your comfort. We provide mats, cushions and blankets.
Each session I will guide using different kinds of grounding and connecting techiques, using visualization or breathing, as well as the symbolism of the I-Ching.
After the experience you are welcome to spare a moment at the café, perhaps you'd like to do some journaling, set up your to-dos or to share your insights and well being with your meditation mates.
If you'd like to include breakfast (a freshly mixed 400ml power & mood-booster shake with fresh fruits, chia, goji berries, cashew butter, oat milk, superfood seeds, spinach and barley or matcha, Brazilian "Pão-de-Queijo" (gluten free cassava cheese bread or alternatively a hummus toast) and a coffee or tea drink of your choice) you can refer to our other event called "Breakfast Meditation", or pay the extra €8,- directly at the venue.
