Morning Kickstart: Leaders Level Up! Focus on the Power of Why

Unlike your typical networking event, the purpose of this gathering is for leaders to have the opportunity to be in the same room together and focus on the big topics that are on their plate as leaders. In addition to open networking, we invite you to learn from two senior level consultants who work with leaders on strategies to level up their businesses. Helene Scott of Unloc, and Alicia Nagel of Alicia Nagel Creative, will discuss how uncovering your “why” as a business owner or marketing director, can strengthen internal and external communications. Your “why” can be a powerful North Star to inform, inspire and propel your company through external and internal messaging.

The gathering includes light breakfast items and starts at 7:30am, and we will close the event with a door prize drawing and wrap up by 9:30 AM.

Then she will reveal how company's "why" is actually the captivating & driving force, the burning furnace of inspiration, behind your brand strategy. She'll talk aboout how this "why" is a core element of brand strategy, and show you how it can inspire and inform marketing to make sure that messaging is authentic and memorable. Then once we have defined your "why" vision, Helene will explain how to use this to craft a compelling story that aligns your company's internal advocates to make your vision a reality.
