About Outdoor Yoga

Center yourself every Monday Morning in Prospect Park. Join us in nature to practice the movement of your body surrounded by trees, fresh air, and open space. Recharge your energy, calm your mind, and deepen your breath. Yoga and meditation are excellent tools for maintaining the calm of the mind while building mental, emotional, and physical strength and a strong spiritual connection.

7am - MONDAYS

Class will not exceed 45 minutes.

With Smai Tawi, Ta.Ma.R.A Belinda guides the practice of Tjef Neteru Sema Paut (Movements in Unified Company with the Gods & Goddesses) to enhance the crown and support the journey towards self actualization. By focusing on the breath to HEAL, we practice this technique of LOVE, maintaining a calm response to life’s challenges, expanding on our abilities to overcome these challenges, and ELEVATE our connection to source and one another.
