🌻 Sunflower Yoga + Sound Immersion at The Oxbow 🌻Spend a meaningful Saturday morning surrounded by sunflowers, sunshine, and space to simply slow down. We’re gathering at Oxbow Farm in Madelia, MN for a two-part outdoor experience rooted in movement, stillness, and nature.
We’ll begin at 9:00 AM with a gentle, all-levels yoga flow in the sunflower field. Props will be provided, but you’re welcome to bring your own mat. This class is designed to be accessible and grounding—perfect for all levels.
After yoga, enjoy a 30-minute break to stretch your legs, pick your included sunflowers, grab a light snack or drink, and use the restroom.
At 10:30 AM, we’ll ease into a Sound Immersion—a calming experience where you can sprawl out and fully relax. Bring a mat, blanket, or lawn chair to get comfortable as you’re guided through deep rest by soothing sound vibrations under the open sky.
🧘♀️ Schedule + Details:
• Yoga: 9:00–10:00 AM (props provided)
• Break: 10:00–10:30 AM – time to wander, snack, or rest
• Sound Immersion: 10:30 AM
• Bring water, sun protection, and anything to help you get comfy outdoors
💛 Pricing Options:
• $15 – Yoga + 5 sunflower stems
• $15 – Sound Immersion + 5 sunflower stems
• $25 – Attend both sessions + receive 5 sunflower stems
Your registration is valid for both yoga and sound, but you’re welcome to attend only the portion you desire.
