Morning Hike and Gentle Yoga PracticeSunday April 13th

We're heading back out on the trail! I am delighted to be leading a group of Yogis out for a morning hike and yoga practice this springtime as we enjoy the fresh air and open space around us.
Join me for an April hike as we head out on the trail in the misty morning and weave our way to the peaceful labyrinth. Setting off from Alhambra Creek Staging Area, we will take a peaceful and cool morning hike into the Briones park. The trail is fairly flat with one small hill at the beginning. We will weave our way under the trees and along the creek, emerging into the open meadow to find the impressive rock labyrinth. Once there we will settle down into a gentle flow practice of guided breath and movement and a relaxing Savasana under the blue sky. After we practice there will be time to walk the labyrinth and take in the beautiful surroundings before we head back.
