This class is a beginner friendly vinyasa style yoga flow featuring a fire R&B/ lo-fi beats inspired playlist.
The class starts with a brief mediation where an intention for the class is suggested. After, you will be guided to move with your breath to build mobility and flexibility with traditional yoga poses. The class ends with savasana, a few moments to rest & mediation. If you've never tried yoga, this is your sign to get out of your comfort zone and get on the mat. All levels and bodies are welcomed. Beginners are encouraged.
