Meet Trizia!
Creativity and vitality are central to Trizia Zhang’s life. As a fine art cake maker, plant interior designer, and devoted yogi, she brings passion and mindfulness to everything she does. A Yoga Alliance registered teacher with over 400 hours of training, Trizia completed her first 200-hour certification at CorePower Yoga in 2017, followed by another 200-hour certification at Breathe Together Yoga in 2023. She is currently pursuing her 300-hour training at Breathe Together Yoga.
With over a decade of practice, Trizia specializes in Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga, and Sound Healing. Her teaching style emphasizes the connection between breath and movement, focusing on strength, alignment, and mindfulness. In her classes, she encourages students to explore their bodies, deepen their awareness, and foster inner peace. Trizia’s holistic approach helps create a supportive environment where students can cultivate balance and well-being, both on and off the mat.
