Our focus is on creating a supportive community environment where you can explore movement, breath, and mindfulness with the perfect balance of ease and effort. This class is offered on a sliding scale to ensure that everyone has access to the benefits of yoga, regardless of financial circumstances. Come as you are, and leave feeling refreshed, grounded, and connected. We can’t wait to share this space with you!
What to Bring:
-A yoga mat (some mats and props are available for use)
-Wear comfortable clothes that allow you to move freely
-A water bottle to stay hydrated
Please plan to arrive a few minutes early to settle in and be ready to join.
Community Yoga is offered on a sliding scale, with a suggested donation of $5-$25
