Sharing a morning breathwork routine that allows you to start the day with more energy, clarity and focus. This practice also is known to help support and boost the immune system.

Join us for an immersive online breathwork session on Thursday April 25th, 2024 at 6:30 AM MST. We will go through various breathing techniques to activate the body and focus the mind. This is one of my favorite moring rituals that has evolved over the last 10 years. This practice will last approximately 30 minutes. You will start your day feeling great!!

No experience is necessary. All you need is a quiet space, a comfortable place to sit upright if possible or chair, and an open mind. Headphones can make it easier but not necessary.

Zoom link will be available after you reserve.your spot. Get the zoom session set up 5-10 minutes before the breathwork session begins to feel settlled in and set up so you don't miss the intro.

If you will be more than 5 minutes late please attend the next session.

You can keep your video off when the session starts.


Try to avoid eating heavily two hours before arrival. Try to be hydrated.


Consult your physician before doing a deep breathing practice or if you have any medical conditions.

Please don’t attend if you are pregnant or think you may be pregnant. Breathwork should be done at your own risk. High risk individuals who should not attend.

-Any condition that requires you to take Medic*tion

-Panic attacks or psychosis
