Morning Breathwork in the Park

Breathe, Move, and Dip into Presence.

Join us for a nourishing morning of conscious breathwork in the park as the sun rises. We’ll gather at 7:00 AM to drop into our bodies, regulate our nervous systems, and connect to nature through the power of the breath.

This session includes:

• A guided conscious connected breathwork journey 🌬️
• Gentle movement to wake the body 🌿
• Optional cold creek dip afterward💧 (bring a towel & layers!)

All are welcome—whether you're new to breathwork or experienced. This is a space to release, receive, and return to yourself in community.

Please bring: a yoga mat or blanket, water, layers, and an open heart.
