Grab a coffee or a Kava, move & shake your body to healing house music OR get in an ice bath and then head to work!This is an open flow format, you can come and go at any time, dance for 10 minutes, or stay as long as you feel, the important thing is to get your body moving!
Event is free, Ice Bath by donation (suggested $5 to $10) or if you're feeling the vibes and want to donate to the future cause of the event!

We are currently plunging in a 100 gallon tank. Temp ranges from 45-60 degrees. Please rinse off before you get in, summer brings sweat, sunscreen and sand, we don't want that in our tub.
The sweet spot is 3 to 6 minutes. 10 minute limit as we want everyone to get a chance to plunge.
If you have health conditions please check with your health provider before getting in an ice bath.
