Morning Beach Meditation with Sauna

Join us for a mindful morning meditation followed by a sauna at Helios Sauna in Bray, Co. Wicklow. After the sauna, we'll go grab a tea or coffee and have a chat by the sea.

What to bring:

• A yoga mat or blanket for the beach - it's stoney, so make sure you're comfortable
• A swimsuit, a towel and sandals (if you like), for the sauna
• A bottle of water to stay hydrated in the sauna
• Some warm, comfortable clothes for after the sauna, especially if you plan to have a dip in the sea
