The Fair is a regular fixture in the Morecambe area cultural scene. It is part of a collaborative effort where £35 stall fees are kept deliberately low in the hope participants will help to promote the event and bring visitors.
This year's theme is faith and migration.

The fair is designed to show work from committed artists who are either trained in art or for whom art is their vocation.
£35 per pitch/table (max of 2 pitches/tables per artist at £60). Pitches are 2m x 1.5m (narrow sides facing stage and entrance) with 1m passing either side (double pitches can be joined together). Tables are 120cm x 60cm
Just 20 pitches/tables available. See map for details. Posts marked in map help set the pitch boundaries (with boundaries inside or outside post lines). Please note that pitch sizes will vary and the map is not exact. Please check before booking if concerned.

No commission on sales. Unless you use my own Point of Sales card reader then its a 10% admin fee.

pre-event drinks at the Morecambe Midland Hotel
SATURDAY 19th
Exhibitors Set Up Saturday 10am-12pm (5 minutes loading available behind the Winter Gardens).
Exhibition 12-4pm
SUNDAY 20th
Exhibition 12-4pm
pack down Sunday 4-5pm
The theatre is centrally located and will be open to the public for free entry. There is good footfall and there will be a hospitality in the right side of the theatre (stage facing) and the exhibition on the left.
The area is not ideal exhibition lighting so I recommend getting a couple of the following rechargeable lights - no electric wires on the floor are allowed due to trip hazard.
