Centered around the Handpan, the two incredibly diverse multi-instrumentalist offer a performance that tells a story of their musical development across the globe. Samantha Archer (UK) & Jaron Tripp (GER) are at the forefront of the Handpan scene in having over 25 years experience combined.
Influenced through their travels around the world, soaking up the musical vocabulary of different cultures, you can expect a rich tapestry of polyrhythms, grooves and spellbindingly haunting melodies from Archer & Tripp. And yet, no two performances are the same.
The magic lies in the improvisatory nature of their music informed by each context they perform in, resulting in a truly unique musical performance.

More Than Physics is a melodic percussion based duo based in Fort Collins, Colorado. Clint Willcox and Jonathan Sadler began playing together in 2011 after meeting at a local drum store. More Than Physics has a performance based set featuring original music. Combining complex rhythms and catchy melodies leads to composed, musical, percussion-based pieces. The audience is sure to be enthralled with the musicality, innovation, and energy of their performance. Having performed together for over eleven years, Clint and Jonathans chemistry is electric and the music flows through them naturally and fluidly.
More Than Physics has played multiple sets at Arise Music Festival, Shamanic Boom, Pantasia Handpan Gathering, Steel Mountain Gathering, The Otterbox Digital Dome Theatre at Fort Collins Museum of Discovery, and numerous shows along the Front Range. They have also been featured on NPR Live Sessions.
Clint and Jonathan have played in a diverse range of other bands and projects which have taken them all over the world. They are dedicated, professional musicians who seek to bring people together with music.
