“More than a wave” Description: We will be diving deep into the style of waving. This will entail technical understanding, self-exploration(how one can use waving to create and discover) and heightened musical connections all in order to build a better understanding of the art form.

Jesse Bio: “JESSE SYKES IS A MOVEMENT SPECIALIST, EDUCATOR, ANDSTUDENT FROM THE SMALL TOWN OF LAYTON, UTAH.STARTING AT A LATE AGE OF 15 YEARS OLD, JESSE FELL INLOVE WITH POPPING AS HIS FIRST DISCIPLINE WITHIN THEDANCE CULTURE AND NOW HAS BRANCHED OUT QUITE A BITIN ORDER TO FIND WHO HE IS AND HIS PLACE WITHIN THEART. Alex's Bio: "Alexandra Filippidou is a movement artist, dance instructor and choreographer currently based in Greece. Her dance journey began at a very young age, with ballet and jazz being the milestones for building a strong and solid foundation [...] She has been trained in various street dance styles for many years, with "Popping" being her primary focus and influence. Around 2017, she decided that following only one specific dance style was not serving her artistic soul anymore. The immense urge to be able to move freely, do her own research with movement, experiment and feel free within dancing without limitations, led her into taking a deep dive into the style of "waving” and focused on creating her own identity. [...] Since 2018, she has been active in the street dance scene winning and judging competitions and giving workshops all around Europe in countries such as Italy, Germany, France, Spain, Serbia and Greece, where she shares her philosophy about life and dance through the style of waving"
