[mo] than a run 2024 is back, and the Brisbane event is shaping up to be our biggest yet - and we want you on our team!MTAR isn’t about pace. It’s about uniting our amazing running community to break down barriers and run together, sharing meaningful conversations about men’s health and mental well-being. We’re making strides, but there’s still work to be done. And you can be a part of it! Alone we can do so little, but together we can do so much. Huge shoutout to Alex Bell and Olly Woolrych - the masterminds behind this incredible movement for change.
THE MOVEMBER 60
60km for the 60 men lost to suicide every hour worldwide.
THE MOVEMBER 30
30km for the 30% increase in Australian men dying by suicide over the last decade.
THE MOVEMBER 10
10km for the 1 in 10 men globally living with anxiety.
With the running community raising $1.95 million for Movember over the past 3 years, including more than 10,000 runners from 300+ community run clubs across Australia and NZ, this year’s goal is to bring in 400 clubs, 8,000 runners, and raise $500,000. Let’s make it happen!
