1) Teams will consist of 5 persons—not limited to Moose members2) Handicap: Team 90% of 1050
3) Use highest winter average from 2023-2024 season or use highest average for 21 games or more from 2024-2025 season. All others use 185 (men) and 160 (women).
4) In case of a blind use 185 (men) and 160 (women) as the average. Use 175 (men) and 150 (women) for their games.
5) Entry fee will be $175 per team ($35 per bowler). Reservations due by December 22, 2024.
6) Entry will be limited to the first 24 teams. To reserve your spot, return your form with $35 deposit to Charger Lanes, Don Scheck (330-715-2406; [email protected]), or Jay Fazek (330-803-2834; [email protected]; Venmo Username @Jay-Fazek).
7) Entry includes: 3 games of bowling, prize money, jackpot, steak dinner, baked potato, salad, dinner roll, & dessert.
8) Prize money paid to 1 team for each 4 entries. Example: 12 entries – 1st - $230, 2nd - $173, 3rd - $107. Jackpot paid to the highest game and most over average per game.
9) If you wish to bring a guest for dinner and refreshments - $15 per guest.
