Moose Lodge 1122 and the Vt. Old Cemetery Association (VOCA) will be holding a repeat of their August 2024 amazingly successful stone cleaning/repair event. Over 100 people showed up for the event. Some people apologized, saying they could not attend due to the short notice given in 2024, so soon after the July 13 EverGreen-Up landscape cleaning event. Sorry, we were caught off-guard as the Moose Club kindly changed their plans from elsewhere to Evergreen in order to help us out. But no short notice this time...you now have a courtesy 6 months plus advance notice! Please mark your calendars and plan on being with us to help out with our common cause. Every ONE additional person who attends and helps out can mean six or ten more loved ones' stones being repaired or cleaned. We have plenty of headstones and markers...Evergreen currently has nearly 15,000 grave sites.
