Blessings family!
We are thrilled about the upcoming Moore/Vance Family Reunion, set to take place in the vibrant city of Nashville Tennessee. This Reunion promises to be a wonderful opportunity for us to reconnect, reminisce, and create new memories together. We would like everyone to help make this reunion a memorable event.
As we gather to celebrate our family ties, we have a fantastic agenda planned, including fun activities, games, and opportunities to share stories and family history. It will be a time to honor our past, embrace our present, and look forward to the future.
Registration Information:
In order to make this event happen we are asking each family member attending to register and pay the initial deposit of $20.00.
Registration fee deposit required per person.
Fees to cover: Welcome, Meet-n-Greet Party, Family BBQ, T-shirt/bag, admission to the National Museum of African American Music and other incidentals related to the reunion.
Registration dues are for the different ages as follows:
0-5: Free 6-12: $25.00 13-17: $55.00 18 and above: $85.00
Payment will be accepted in the form of cash, checks, bank to bank transfer, cash app, Venmo or Zelle. Once payments have been received an email confirmation will be sent out with the remaining balance.
We understand that you may not be able to pay all of the registration fees at one time. You may pay in increments either monthly or on the following schedule:
Payment due dates:
- Initial Deposit - 1/24/25 - $20.00
- 2nd Payment - 3/21/25 - $20.00
- 3rd Payment - 4/18/25 – $20.00
- Final Payment - 6/13/25 - $25.00

Hotel Information
We are excited to announce our Reunion Hotel will be the Drury Plaza Hotel located in Historic Franklin Tennessee just 10 minutes from Nashville. The address is 1874 West McEwen Drive, Franklin, TN 37067. This Hotel comes with free hot breakfast and a reception Kickoff nightly at 5:30pm with hot food.
