As the days slowly lengthen and the first whispers of spring stir beneath the frost, we approach Imbolc, the festival of the hearth fire and the returning light. In honor of this sacred threshold between winter and spring, the Moonlit Mavens sisterhood will gather to welcome the "quickening" of the year and honor the Goddess Brighid.
This is an invitation to clear the stagnation of winter and make space for new growth. Together, we will honor the ancient domestic arts by crafting Brighid's Blessing Besoms. Using bundles of birch twigs, dried lavender, and rosemary, you will create your own miniature ritual broom, binding it with ribbon. We will pass these through cleansing incense smoke, empowering them to sweep your altars, doorways, and personal energy fields—a reusable tool for purification and clarity.
