Moonlight Meditations is a grounding, calming 4-week meditation series for adults looking to create more intentional pauses in their daily lives. The series will blend mindfulness practices such as gentle, guided meditation and breathwork with space for quiet reflection—all held within a soft, welcoming evening environment. Participants are invited to unwind, release the noise of the day, and realign with a deeper sense of stillness. Whether you're new to meditation or looking to refresh your practice, Moonlight Meditations offers a monthly space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect.Each session is $20.00, or $70.00 to pre-register for all four sessions (a $10.00 savings!) at ShanthiProject.org/events. We are also happy to accept drop-ins at each session.
About the instructor: Marisa McFadden is an experienced educator and facilitator, dedicated to inspiring creativity, self-discovery, and personal empowerment. With advanced degrees in English Literature from Centenary University, and a background in teaching at the college level for over a decade, she blends academic expertise with a passion for fostering resilience and holistic growth. As the founder of Creative Spirit (where Shanthi Project shares our space!), Marisa has created programs that invite participants to explore creativity, self-awareness, and personal transformation. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys spending time with her family, engaging in creative projects, and exploring ways to cultivate personal growth and well-being.
