ABOUT PINK PANDA:
PINK PANDA, the fluffy DJ collective originating from the U.K. (est. 2012) have marked themselves as the major labels’ go to remixer production outfit and all-round global fun machine. After breaking into 2020’s DJ MAG Top 100 as a new entry at #82, followed by last year’s ranking at #65, PINK PANDA’s paw prints remained all over the DJ MAG Top 100 in 2022, landing at #75.
Alongside a strong catalog of official remixes for the likes of Ava Max, Bruno Mars, David Guetta, Dua Lipa, Meduza, P!k, Sia and most recently Elton John & Britney Spears, these Pandas continue pushing their signature sound and reputation forward.
PINK PANDA made some massive moves in 2022 by releasing on both of Hardwell’s label imprints Revealed and Gemstone on multiple occasions. Their summer anthem ‘Falling Stars 2022′ (Spinnin’ Records) gained millions of radio airplay, predominantly in Germany, Poland, The Netherlands, and Scandinavia while the second half of the year marked the return of Narcotic Thrust’s classic feelgood anthem ‘I Like It’ (UFO Recordz) in an infatuating remake by PINK PANDA featuring Elize. Finishing off 2022 on a high note with the dazzling PINK PANDA remix of Elton John & Britney Spears’ hit record ‘Hold Me Closer’ to follow up on their future house collab with ANG named ‘Back to Life’ is right in line with the collective’s massive ambitions for 2023.
2022 has taken the Pandas from New Year’s Day parties in Shanghai and Hong Kong to Miami’s The Dirty Rabbit & Oasis during WMC, an ULTRA Europe Countdown club run in the U.K. and all the way to Rotterdam (NL) for the Dutch National Holiday’s biggest festival’s mainstage at Kingsland. From Montenegro to Norway to Luxembourg, right onto the mainstage of Creamfields Thailand to one of the most anticipated clubs in the world at Laroc in Valinhos (Brazil). With energetic shows at Ultra Europe, Ultra Europe’s boat parties and beachville in Croatia, a support slot for Hardwell at Ushuaïa Ibiza and another one at the massive Bill Graham Civic Center in San Francisco, followed by shows in Toronto and Vancouver, performances during Revealed Nights at Tox Ibiza, Ministry of Sound and Amsterdam Dance Event, and a massive 9-date Australia Tour in December in combination with shows at Creamfields Vietnam, Stepping Out Music Festival India and Woowaa Festival in Manila topped off by club shows in Singapore, Bangkok, Bali, Hanoi, Yangon and a NYE appearance on DLDK in Singapore, 2022 can rightfully be labelled as pretty successful for PINK PANDA.
As they continue to merge the worlds of pop and dance with a seemingly unstoppable slew of original tunes, major collaborations, energizing remixes, and high-profile shows, music lovers from all over the world have fully embraced PINK PANDA’s extravagantly colourful stage presence while the industry’s increasing demand for PINK PANDA’s feelgood vibe and heartfelt inclusive message grows by the day.
