This Moon, Sun and Fire Training will be a yogic journey through the different stages of practice that will guide us back into remembrance. Remembrance of what? Yoga! Our true creative potential!
We will explore Moon practices to balance and stabilize the mind and body (lunar force). We will dive into Sun practices to feel, shape and build energy (solar force). We’ll fuse those 2 opposite forces together to cultivate alchemy using Fire practices. Once the fire is lit we can dissolve our fears, worry, confusion, doubt and remember that transcendent part of us that’s infinite, eternal and free and take that spark into life.
