Join Sarah and Leonie for this four part course, focusing on the cycle of the moon, how we can access energies during each phase and utilise this energy to enhance and enrich our lives.
We so naturally tune in to the moon, the way she ebbs and flows and works with the waters in our bodies, just as she affects the tides she has a subtle influence on our own wellbeing too. When we consciously create ceremony around these times we can harness the energies and open ourselves up to a new way of walking through our days.
In this four part course we will tune in to the energy presented by each of the phases of the moon, over a full cycle. We will be using sound, meditation, sharing, healings, journaling and much more. Each week we will harness the energy the moon is offering and learn how to not only open ourselves to the energy, but to use it in our lives in a loving and ongoing way.
Having access to the energy of the moon at all times is such a gift. One that indigenous cultures have used for thousands of years. Its a lost art, but one that is calling to us more than ever, to remember....
