Moon Magic, Women's circle, Yoga & Moon Ritual
Each month we gather under the energy of the full moon, a moment to pause, reflect, and check in with yourself each month... to been seen, heard & held by other women, of all ages and stages of life, we are one and the same and these events provide a safe space to come together under November's full moon in Earthy Taurus, inviting you to root down to rise up, to find stability, security and to feel at home within yourself.
On Friday 13th December we will celebrate the goddess, long before the patriarchy changed the connotation, both Friday and the number 13 were seen as auspicious and sacred!
Each gathering we practice something different to connect to the energy of the moon and season we are in with Meditation, sharing circle, Rituals to honour the full moon... 'Womb Yoga' and more...
What to expect??
A safe space to share whatever is in your heart & your life, to be seen and heard, to be supported. We will also practice some gentle Women's Yoga, suitable for all women at all stages of life...
