Join us for an enchanting evening of gentle yoga, deep relaxation, and lunar magic as we gather under the Frost Full Moon, a sacred time to release what no longer serves us, making space for the peaceful hibernation that winter invites. Class includes gentle yoga , a restorative yoga nidra, and a tranquil sound bath, washing away lingering tension and stress of the seasons before.
Each participant will receive a smoky quartz crystal to charge under the full moonlight. Together, we set our intentions within the crystal, focusing on what we wish to release and let go.
