Working with the cycles of the moon is an ancient practice our ancestors used to assist in manifestation and releasing. As women, our bodies run on their own cycles amplifying our ability to tune into the magic of the moon.Our time together will include an overview of what is happening energetically, a heart healing meditation, information on how to work with lunar energy, a group moon reading with each person getting 1 individual card from the oracle, journal prompts for deep reflection, and your very own Moon Energy Journal created by Amanda Blaire for you to continue your practice on your own!
You can expect to leave feeling full of love & peace and with full knowledge on how to work with the moon's energy to create the life you were born to live!
Please bring a yoga mat, or pillow to sit on, as well as anything you may need to be comfortable!
