Come celebrate Halloween with us! This is an outdoors event. We will have a bonfire, spooky decorations, vendors for you to shop from, candy for the kids and a food vendor. There will be a Costume Contest for Adults and Kids with a Gift Basket for each winner. We will have some live music and some special entertainment! We will have a spooky playlist. BYOB. "I, The Party Goer/Vendor, assume all risks associated with attending the Party/Vendor Event, to include but not limited to, any and all negligence or carelessness that may be on the part of the released party, dangerous or defective conditions owned, controlled, maintained, or because of liability without fault. I certify that I have the necessary skills and qualifications to use the rental space, as is, competently. I certify that in consideration for use of the grounds/rental space, I, and my heirs and assigns, waive, release, and discharge from any and all liability for the aforementioned released party for any and all injuries, to include property, economic, or mental/bodily injury, including death. I agree to indemnify, defend, hold harmless, and promise not to sue the released party in connection with my use of the grounds/rental space. This waiver is to be construed broadly to provide a release and waiver to the extent allowed under applicable law. I AM AWARE THAT THIS DOCUMENT IS A WAIVER AND RELEASE AND AGREE TO THE TERMS CONTAINED HEREIN."
