About this Event
Our tours are conducted by a distillery employee with extensive knowledge of the entire distillation process. All attendees must by 21+.
Beginning with our locally sourced grains and American-made story, we'll guide you through the fermentation process where you'll learn the crucial part of our production that leads to the aromas and flavors in the final product. Then you'll be introduced to Big Momma, our beloved copper still who is responsible for making the magic happen! Following a quick tour of the bottling room, you will head out to the rick house where the barrels are stored.
Your tour will end back in the Tasting room where you will enjoy one last sample of your choice from our spirit line. Tours will last approximately 1 hour.
