Moon Cycle CircleThis circle was created to help girls learn about the changes that occur during puberty. This two-part series features an interactive presentation, open discussion, art activity, Q&A, and a meaningful closing ceremony. Topics covered: the female reproductive system, menstruation care options, expressing and recognizing emotions and needs, changes in puberty, charting your cycle, understanding hormones, and self-care practices. It provides a safe and enjoyable environment for girls to learn and grow their confidence, awareness and love for their body. Additionally, caretakers may join on Zoom to receive the information shared during the two-part series. Girls who complete this series are invited to join a monthly meet-up to continue their growth, support and connection with other girls who have taken this workshop in the past.
