Finish the work week with a mellow yoga session. Yin Yoga is designed to heal the soft tissue of the body (tendons, ligaments an fascia) while bring harmony into our internal meridians. The poses will be held from 1-6 minutes utilizing props when needed. You will leave this session feeling relaxed, refreshed and more “yourself”. All necessary props are provided, however feel free to bring your own if you prefer. All levels are welcome to this workshop. $25Pre-Registration, by purchase, is required as space is limited.
