MONTHLY WOMEN'S CIRCLE

We will limit enrollment to 12.
Our Women’s Circle is an invitation to gather in a supportive and loving space to engage in collective dialogue and healing. As women, we’ve been conditioned to shrink ourselves. We’ve been told our emotions are a little too big; our hearts a little too wild; our bodies a little too much. This is an invitation to radically push back on that narrative by showing up as our whole, messy, and authentic selves.
Each month, we’ll gather in Circle and engage in breath work, mindfulness, journaling, and connection through the practice of talking circles. These Circles, rooted in indigenous and feminine wisdom, are an invitation to share our thoughts, feelings and experiences within a safe container and in the presence of others who are there to hold space both for themselves and others. It’s a way for us to listen with compassion while building community - a way for us to celebrate our differences while noticing the similarities of the human experience.
Our hope is that this space can allow folks to feel a little more grounded - in our breath, our bodies and our experiences - while also feeling seen, celebrated and more deeply connected to both ourselves and the community of women around us.
If you’re reading this description and are feeling at all pulled toward this offering, we invite you to lean into your intuition and come experience the beauty of an intentional, sacred space for women.
We meet the second Thursday of the month from 6:30-8:30pm starting in October and running through May, 2025. Circle will take place in the large gathering space on the second floor of Yoga Sanctuary.
