HFX Games – 40k in 2025The 2025 Season continues
The gaming season will span Jan-Dec, with each players top scores giving an overall score for the Best General, and tracked in Best Coast Pairings. Scores for Best Imperium, Chaos and Xeno's will be recorded, the same based off the best 5 events within the factions, but has to be calculated separately.
Standard Event Details:
This will be a 3 game RTT hosted at HFX Games on Feb 15th and will be an ITC Event, codes might be delayed slightly as the season turns over.
Registration will be opened on Jan 19 at approximately 6pm.
List upload deadline is Feb 8 at 10pm.
Games will be at 2000 point. It will use the Pariah Nexis Chapter Approved, using missions tbd but following Strike Force for game length, command points and table sizes. Table layouts will follow WTC. Missions are announced the sunday before the event after all list have been recieved.
There will be a $20 entrance fee for this event, paid to the storeh. Half awarded at the event, the remainder in the campaign coffer. This will be a 3 games with 2:45 hour rounds, with following timings: .
Check in: 08:30 Announcements to start at 08:40
Round 1: 8:45 - 11:30
Lunch Break 11:30 - 12:15
Round 2: 12:15 Pm - 3:00
Round 3: 3:05 - 5:50 pm
Presentations, Conclusion, clear out: on completion.
The main store floor will have 10 tables for a max of 20 players.
Note: 1. Round timings may be decreased based upon completion of games. 2. ITC Code of conduct is in effect, and will be enforced. The event will not use the optional Chess clock rules. while we will not be using the optional chess clock rules you’re welcome to use clocks to increase player comfort and knowledge. 3. Models are expected to be at a battle ready standard, and Wysiwug. 4. Models that do not have TO approval or meet the requirements of battle ready paint may be removed from play, and result in a yellow card as per ITC code of conduct.

If event fills up, please message the TO to be placed on standby list. Players who do not get a chance to play will be offered early registration for the next scheduled event (tbd). Players who assist with setting up the event space, are also offered registration for the next event.
