Welcome to our monthly walk/run club! We will meet at a trail and walk/run 1-3mls depending on your fitness level.The goal is to get out in nature and of course get those steps in!

-Runners/Joggers will run roughly 3 miles

We meet at the far left side of Lynn Gripon park next to the sand volleyball park.
