Trauma-Informed Recovery Yoga
Join us for a transformative yoga experience at the Fort Collins Circus Center!
This free in-person event is brought to you by Colorado Artists in Recovery (coloradoartistsinrecovery.org) and is designed to support individuals on their journey to healing and recovery. Our trauma-informed all pathways of recovery approach recognizes the unique needs of those who have experienced trauma, providing a safe, inclusive, and empowering space for growth.
During this event, you will learn yoga techniques that promote relaxation, mindfulness, and self-compassion. Our experienced instructor, Jillian Popp, will guide you through gentle movements and breathing exercises, allowing you to reconnect with your body in a nurturing way.
This monthly workshop will be held at 2536 Midpoint Drive - Unit B, Fort Collins, CO 80525. and offers a welcoming and inclusive environment. Whether you're new to yoga or have a regular practice, this event is open to all levels of experience.

Some mats will be available but we encourage you to bring yours if you have one as we have limited supplies available. Registration is suggested, but drop-ins are welcome to attend as well.
